Job Description

Reach out to warm leads, get them on a call, and close them.

We're Goela School of Finance LLP — a finance-education business built around stock-market courses, programs, and a large, engaged community. (Our sister company, Goela Financial Services, is a separate SEBI-registered investment advisory.)

We get a steady flow of warm leads from our stock-market community - people who already follow us and want to learn. Right now the founders run the 1:1 sales calls themselves. We're looking for someone to take that over: reach out to these leads, get them on a call, and close them into our programs.

No cold calling. No chasing strangers. You're talking to people who already know us and want to learn - your job is to help the right ones become students through honest, consultative conversations.

If you can sell with confidence (not pressure), you like owning the full journey from first message to closed sale, and you want to earn uncapped on what you close — this is a strong seat.

What you'll own:

  • Reach out to warm leads from our community over WhatsApp and calls, and get them onto a 1:1 call.
  • Run the sales call end to end — understand what they want, explain how our programs help, handle their questions, and close.
  • Close learners into our programs (priced ₹20,000–₹40,000).
  • Keep a clean pipeline and follow up properly — multi-touch over 3–14 days, so no warm lead ever slips.
  • Update the CRM after every real conversation — notes, next steps, status.
  • Feed insight back to the founders — common objections, lead quality, what's converting and what isn't.

The kind of person who does well here:

  • Has done inside sales, telesales, consultative sales, or B2C sales before — you've actually sold and closed, you're not a fresher.
  • Can hold a confident, presentable conversation in English and Hindi, on phone and video.
  • Has sold (or can clearly sell) something priced ₹15,000+ — you're comfortable with premium products, not just cheap impulse buys.
  • Has follow-up discipline — you keep a clean pipeline and never let a warm lead go cold.
  • Is comfortable with a CRM, Excel, and simple tracking.
  • A basic understanding of personal finance or investing is a plus — you can learn our product, but you can't fake being a closer.

Experience in finance, wealth management, edtech, insurance, real estate, or other high-ticket B2C sales is a strong plus. Your track record of closing matters far more than your degree.

The setup:

  • Location: Sector 92, Noida — full-time, in-office.
  • Experience: ideally 2–4 years in sales (not a fresher).
  • Pay: Fixed: ₹4.2–4.8 LPA (₹35,000–40,000/month)
  • Incentive: ₹2–3 LPA on target, tied directly to the programs you close
  • On-target earnings: ₹6.2–7.8 LPA — and uncapped, so strong closers earn well beyond it.

One thing to know about how we sell:

We close premium programs with depth, not pressure. Pushy, scripted calls don't work here and aren't welcome — these are people evaluating us as much as we're evaluating them. We want consultative confidence, not hard selling.
