Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound calls and email outreach to prospective clients to generate leads for ServiceNow solutions
  • Qualify leads by identifying customer pain points, budget, and decision-making authority
  • Deliver introductory pitches on ServiceNow products, including ITSM, ITOM, CSM, and HRSD
  • Schedule product demonstrations and discovery calls for Account Executives
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all outreach activities in the CRM system
  • Achieve monthly targets related to call volumes, qualified leads, and meetings scheduled
  • Research target accounts to identify key stakeholders such as CIOs, IT Heads, and VPs
  • Follow up promptly on leads generated through marketing campaigns

Must-Have Requirements:

  • Minimum 2+ years of experience in inside sales, telesales, or business development
  • Prior experience in IT, SaaS, or software product sales preferred
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Hands-on experience working with CRM tools
  • Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Comfortable with high-volume outbound calling (60–80 dials per day)

Good to Have:

  • Familiarity with the ServiceNow product portfolio
  • Experience using LinkedIn Sales Navigator or similar tools
  • Knowledge of BANT or MEDDIC lead qualification frameworks
  • Exposure to mid-market or enterprise client engagement
