Role Description

As an Inside Sales Executive at iCert Global, you will focus on generating leads, establishing customer relationships, and converting prospects into clients. Responsibilities include identifying potential customers, understanding their training needs, presenting our offerings, and negotiating contracts. The role requires strong communication and client management skills to meet and exceed sales targets. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru.

Qualifications

  • Proven skills in Inside Sales and Lead Generation
  • Strong Communication and Customer Service abilities
  • Experience and proficiency in Sales and client relationship management
  • Ability to work in a goal-oriented environment with a results-driven approach
  • Experience in the education or training sector is advantageous
  • Proficiency in using CRM tools and software for managing sales leads
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
  • Must be located in bangalore
  • 0.5-2years of experienced people can apply for job
