Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls, WhatsApp, and email outreach to potential customers.
- Understand customer needs and recommend the most suitable products from Frido's catalog.
- Deliver compelling product pitches and close sales effectively.
- Maintain accurate and updated records in CRM tools.
- Track key performance metrics like call volume, conversion rate, and revenue.
- Collaborate with the sales team to align strategies and achieve targets.
Requirements
- 13 years of experience in outbound inside sales, preferably in B2C/D2C environments.
- Fluency in Tamil and Telugu (mandatory).
- Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
- Confidence in handling objections and driving conversations toward closure.
- Familiarity with CRM platforms and sales tracking tools.
- Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and result-driven mindset.
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline (preferred).
