Inside Sales Executive

Location: Baner, Pune (Onsite)

Work Mode: Onsite (with flexibility options)

Languages Required: Tamil & Telugu (Mandatory)

Experience: 13 years (preferably in B2C/D2C Inside Sales)

Department: Sales

Reporting To: Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound calls, WhatsApp, and email outreach to potential customers.
  • Understand customer needs and recommend the most suitable products from Frido's catalog.
  • Deliver compelling product pitches and close sales effectively.
  • Maintain accurate and updated records in CRM tools.
  • Track key performance metrics like call volume, conversion rate, and revenue.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to align strategies and achieve targets.

Requirements

  • 13 years of experience in outbound inside sales, preferably in B2C/D2C environments.
  • Fluency in Tamil and Telugu (mandatory).
  • Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
  • Confidence in handling objections and driving conversations toward closure.
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms and sales tracking tools.
  • Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and result-driven mindset.
  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline (preferred).
