Role Overview -We are seeking an enthusiastic and proactive Inside Sales Associate to manage communication with parents, students and assist in enhancing our marketing and reach.

This role primarily focuses on maintaining strong relationships with students parents via calls, emails, and messages. The ideal candidate will be a confident communicator with creative flair.

Key Responsibilities

Calling & Follow-ups: Regularly call parents to provide updates, gather feedback, and address queries.

Email & Messaging: Draft and send timely email and message updates to parents about student progress, schedules, and events.

Record Management: Maintain accurate logs of communication with parents and update CRM tools as required.

Relationship Building: Establish trust and maintain a professional yet approachable demeanor in all interactions with parents.

Qualifications and Skills

Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Communication, Marketing.

Professional Experience: 6 months - 1 year Experience in telecalling, customer service, or similar roles.

Key Competencies: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Technical Skills: Familiarity with CRM tools, MS Excel
