Role Overview:
As an Inside Sales Specialist, you'll be the voice of Zepcruit to prospective clients. You'll generate leads, run engaging product demos, nurture relationships, and close deals - all while working closely with the Founder's office. This role is performance-driven, with clear growth opportunities into Sales Manager and beyond.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate qualified leads through LinkedIn, cold calls, emails, and other channels.
- Conduct product demos and explain Zepcruit's value proposition clearly and confidently.
- Own the sales pipeline - from first contact to closing.
- Collaborate with marketing to sharpen outreach campaigns and messaging.
- Track prospects and opportunities using CRM tools.
- Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Share client feedback with the product team to improve user experience.
What We're Looking For:
- 3-5 years of experience in nside Sales / Business Development / SaaS sales.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to build rapport quickly and handle objections smartly.
- Strong business acumen and negotiation skills.
- Self-starter attitude with resilience and hunger to win.
- Experience with CRM / sales automation tools(Zoho, HubSpot, etc.) is a plus.
- Prior exposure to B2B SaaS or HR Tech is preferred.
