Inside Sales Executive

This is a full-time on-site position based in Pune for an Inside Sales Executive. The role involves generating and qualifying leads, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and providing excellent customer service. Key tasks include communicating product benefits, closing sales opportunities, and contributing to sales targets. The Inside Sales Executive will also collaborate with other teams to support the sales process and maintain detailed records of client interactions.

• Proficiency in Inside Sales and Lead Generation to drive successful client acquisition and maintain business growth
• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to build rapport and provide outstanding client experiences
• Sales expertise to identify new opportunities, negotiate effectively, and meet or exceed sales targets
• Organizational skills to manage sales pipelines and maintain accurate documentation
• Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and independently in a dynamic work environment
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
• Experience in the weighing solutions or related industries is an advantage
