Job Description

Role Summary

Responsible for sourcing prospect data, making outbound calls to decision-makers, generating meetings for the sales team, and collecting electricity bills and basic project details to support solar sales. Freshers with good communication skills can also apply.

Key Responsibilities

  • Source and maintain client data using CRM, LinkedIn, Lusha, and online tools
  • Make outbound calls (5+ hours/day) to pitch services and schedule meetings
  • Follow up with warm and cold leads
  • Coordinate meetings and client communication via email
  • Collect electricity bills, factory locations, and basic requirements
  • Update and maintain records in CRM

Skills Required

  • Fluent English communication
  • Good persuasion and rapport-building skills
  • Professional telephone etiquette
  • Basic knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and internet research

Qualification

  • Graduate in any discipline (preferred: Business/Marketing/Engineering)

Experience

  • 01 years in telemarketing, inside sales, or lead generation
  • Freshers with strong communication skills are welcome

  • Quality contacts sourced
