Job Summary
We are looking for a highly motivated Inside Sales Executive to support our business growth in the UK and US markets. The ideal candidate will have a strong interest in IT services, including software development, AI services, cloud, and digital transformation, and will be responsible for lead generation, prospect engagement, and sales pipeline support.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and qualify potential customers in the UK and USA through outbound calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other digital channels
- Generate leads and set up meetings/demos for the sales and business development teams
- Understand client requirements related to software development, AI/ML solutions, data engineering, cloud services, and IT consulting
- Maintain and update CRM with accurate lead and opportunity data
- Follow up on inbound inquiries and marketing-generated leads
- Conduct basic market research to identify target accounts and decision-makers
- Coordinate with pre-sales, technical, and delivery teams to ensure smooth handover
- Achieve monthly and quarterly lead generation and sales support targets
- Stay updated on company offerings, industry trends, and competitor activities
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 25 years of experience in inside sales, lead generation, or business development (IT services preferred)
- Basic understanding of IT services
- Awareness or working knowledge of AI services, SaaS, cloud, and digital technologies
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Strong interpersonal and follow-up skills
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and eager to learn
