Job Title: Business Development Manager (BDM) Inside Lead Generation
Location: Noida Sector-63
Experience: 1 Years and Above (Inside Sales / Lead Generation / B2B Hunting)
Role Summary:
We are looking for a proactive Inside B2B BDM who can hunt new contacts from assigned account lists, generate qualified leads, and convert them into business opportunities through outbound efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and hunt new decision-makers within assigned accounts
- Generate leads through cold calling, emails, LinkedIn, and research tools
- Qualify prospects and create sales-ready opportunities
- Schedule meetings for sales and account management teams
- Maintain lead data, activities, and pipeline in CRM
- Achieve monthly lead generation and revenue targets
Required Skills:
- Experience in inside sales, lead generation, or business development
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to research and build new contacts within target accounts
- Comfortable with outbound calling and follow-ups
Preferred Qualifications:
- B2B experience in IT, UC, AV, or technology solutions
- Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, ZoomInfo, or similar tools
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
- Number of new contacts generated
- Qualified leads per month
- Meetings or demos scheduled
- Revenue pipeline created
