Inside Sales Executive

Job Summary

We are looking for a highly motivated Inside Sales Executive to support our business growth in the UK and US markets. The ideal candidate will have a strong interest in IT services, including software development, AI services, cloud, and digital transformation, and will be responsible for lead generation, prospect engagement, and sales pipeline support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and qualify potential customers in the UK and USA through outbound calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other digital channels
  • Generate leads and set up meetings/demos for the sales and business development teams
  • Understand client requirements related to software development, AI/ML solutions, data engineering, cloud services, and IT consulting
  • Maintain and update CRM with accurate lead and opportunity data
  • Follow up on inbound inquiries and marketing-generated leads
  • Conduct basic market research to identify target accounts and decision-makers
  • Coordinate with pre-sales, technical, and delivery teams to ensure smooth handover
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly lead generation and sales support targets
  • Stay updated on company offerings, industry trends, and competitor activities

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 25 years of experience in inside sales, lead generation, or business development (IT services preferred)
  • Basic understanding of IT services
  • Awareness or working knowledge of AI services, SaaS, cloud, and digital technologies
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Strong interpersonal and follow-up skills
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and eager to learn
