Key Responsibilities:
Cold Calling & Lead Generation
- Conduct outbound cold calls to prospective clients within assigned markets to build a robust sales pipeline.
- Qualify and disqualify inbound leads received through various channels in a high-volume environment.
- Identify key decision-makers in target organizations to engage effectively.
Client Identification & Onboarding
- Acquire and onboard D2C merchants and ecommerce businesses.
- Ensure seamless onboarding process for merchants onto the platform.
- Demonstrate strong understanding of D2C platforms such as Shopify, Wix, and WooCommerce.
Data Management & CRM
- Accurately maintain records of leads, client interactions, and sales activities in CRM or sales management systems.
- Track pipeline status and update management on performance metrics.
Client Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by managing transaction processes and providing solutions aligned with their objectives.
- Continuously enhance client experience through proactive engagement and support.
