Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Inside Sales Executive role based in Navi Mumbai. The Inside Sales Executive will manage inbound and outbound sales activities, including prospecting, qualifying leads, and conducting product presentations via phone, email, and online meetings. Responsibilities include building and maintaining a healthy sales pipeline, following up on marketing-generated leads, and converting prospects into active customers. The role involves understanding customer needs, positioning 1Page.info's solutions effectively, and providing clear explanations of product features and value. The Inside Sales Executive will collaborate with marketing, product, and customer success teams to refine messaging, improve lead quality, and support a smooth handover from sales to onboarding.
Qualifications

  • Strong Inside Sales and Sales skills, with experience managing pipelines, meeting targets, and closing deals.
  • Proficiency in Lead Generation, including researching prospects, qualifying opportunities, and nurturing them through the sales funnel.
  • Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills, with the ability to build rapport, handle objections, and maintain long-term relationships.
  • Comfort using CRM and sales enablement tools to track activities, update records, and report on performance.
  • Ability to understand and explain digital/tech products clearly to diverse audiences.
  • Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, innovative environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Prior experience in SaaS, internet platforms, or startups is an advantage.
