Position Overview
The Inside Sales Executive owns the new business pipeline end-to-end and will be responsible for
identifying and qualifying potential clients through outbound prospecting, cold calling, and lead
generation, while building client relationships and supporting the sales pipeline to drive new business
growth.
This role is ideal for individuals who are target-driven, confident communicators, and comfortable with
high-volume outreach and client interaction, with the ability to identify opportunities and convert them
into qualified leads.
Key Responsibilities
1. Lead Generation & Prospecting
● Identify potential clients through online research, industry directories, LinkedIn, databases, and
networking platforms.
● Conduct outbound prospecting through cold calls, emails, and professional messaging to
generate new leads.
● Qualify leads based on client requirements, business potential, and service fitment.
● Develop and maintain a target list of companies and decision-makers within relevant industries.
2. Client Engagement & Communication
● Initiate conversations with decision-makers and key stakeholders to understand their business
needs.
● Maintain professional and consistent communication with prospects.
● Schedule meetings, demos, or discussions with interested prospects.
● Address initial client queries and share relevant service information and handover to operations.
3. CRM & Data Management
● Maintain accurate records of leads, client details, and sales activities in CRM or internal
tracking systems.
● Update lead status, follow-up actions, and meeting outcomes regularly.
● Track lead progress from initial contact to meeting or opportunity stage.
4. Market Research & Opportunity Identification
● Conduct research to identify new target industries, companies, and potential business
opportunities.
● Gather insights on industry trends, competitor services, and market demand.
5. Target Achievement & Performance Tracking
● Achieve monthly outreach, lead generation, and meeting conversion targets.
● Track performance metrics such as outreach volumes, lead qualification, and conversion rates.
● Build proposals with scope, pricing, SLAs. Target: 20–25 proposals/month.
● Continuously improve outreach strategies to increase response and conversion rates.
6. Reporting & Documentation
● Maintain daily logs and outreach activity reports.
● Prepare weekly updates on lead generation performance and pipeline status.
● Track outreach volumes, qualification rates, and conversion rates
