Job Title: Executive – Inside Sales

Department: Assisted Buying

Location: Mumbai (Vikhroli West)

Employment Type: Full-Time

Work Mode: On-site

Shift Timing: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Working Days: 6 Days (1 Rotational Off)

Interview Mode: Virtual

Reporting To: Assistant Manager – Assisted Buying

Position Overview

We are looking for dynamic, confident, and result-driven Inside Sales Executives to join our Assisted Buying Team. The role focuses on engaging high-intent customers who have shown interest but have not completed their purchase journey.

You will be responsible for converting warm leads through a mix of inbound and outbound interactions, understanding customer needs, resolving concerns, and guiding them toward successful purchase decisions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Connect with potential customers who have:
  • Added items to cart but not completed checkout
  • Browsed products without transacting
  • Registered but not made a purchase
  • Received cashback or promotional offers
  • Raised enquiries via call, chat, WhatsApp, or website
  • Make proactive outbound calls to re-engage and convert leads
  • Handle inbound queries across multiple channels (Call, Chat, WhatsApp, Website)
  • Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products
  • Address objections and guide customers through the buying process
  • Assist customers in locating the nearest physical store when required
  • Collaborate with Marketing and CRM teams for lead management
  • Maintain accurate records of interactions and follow-ups in CRM systems
  • Achieve and exceed sales, conversion, and revenue targets
  • Share customer insights to improve overall buying experience

  • Lead Conversion Rate
  • Daily/Weekly Call Volume
  • Revenue Generated per Executive

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Graduate in any discipline
  • 0–1 years of experience in Inside Sales / Tele Sales / Customer Engagement
  • (eCommerce or retail experience preferred)
  • Strong communication skills in English and regional languages
  • Proven ability to convert leads into sales
  • Comfortable working with CRM tools and digital communication platforms
  • Target-oriented, self-motivated, and performance-driven
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, on-site sales environmen
