Job Title: Inside Sales Telecaller (Lead Generation & Course Sales)

Location: Hyd

Job Type: Full-Time

Experience Required: 02 years

Salary: 3 to 3.6 LPA

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Inside Sales Telecaller to join our team. The role involves making outbound calls to potential customers, identifying qualified leads, and converting them into course enrollments. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a persuasive attitude, and a passion for sales.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Make outbound calls to prospective students from the given database.
  • Understand customer needs and explain relevant courses to match their requirements.
  • Generate leads through cold calling, follow-ups, and warm leads.
  • Convert leads into confirmed enrollments by building rapport and addressing concerns.
  • Maintain and update CRM with lead details and call outcomes.
  • Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets for calls and conversions.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding of students.
  • Provide accurate information and handle objections with professionalism.
Requirements:
  • Minimum qualification: 12th pass; Graduates preferred.
  • 02 years of experience in telecalling, inside sales, or a similar role.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills in Hindi and English. (Other regional languages are a plus.)
  • Strong interpersonal and convincing skills.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
  • Comfortable working with targets.
  • Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with CRM tools preferred.
