Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Inside Sales Associate at our Hyderabad office. The Inside Sales Associate will identify and generate leads, manage customer accounts, and establish strong relationships with clients. Additional responsibilities include increasing subscriptions for the magazine, ensuring customer satisfaction, providing excellent customer service, and collaborating with marketing teams to develop strategies for growth.

Qualifications

  • Expertise in Inside Sales and Lead Generation to identify opportunities and drive growth
  • Strong skills in Customer Service and maintaining high levels of Customer Satisfaction
  • Experience in Account Management to foster relationships and manage client portfolios
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets consistently
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented mindset with a proactive attitude
  • Familiarity with the education industry is an advantage
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred
