Role Description

The Inside Sales Associate role is a full-time position based at our Pragathi Nagar office. The role involves managing inbound and outbound sales calls, generating new leads, maintaining excellent customer relationships, and driving enrollment numbers. The associate will ensure customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries and resolving any issues promptly, as well as managing client accounts effectively.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Inside Sales and Lead Generation techniques
  • Strong focus on Customer Service and ensuring Customer Satisfaction
  • Experience in Account Management and maintaining client relationships
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Prior experience in the education or EdTech industry is an advantage
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Sales, Marketing, or related fields
