Skills & Experience Required

• 3–8 years of experience in IT support or infrastructure management
• Strong understanding of Windows, macOS, and/or Linux systems
• Experience with cloud platforms and SaaS tools
• Knowledge of networking fundamentals and security best practices
• Familiarity with ticketing systems and IT documentation
• Basic scripting or automation knowledge (preferred)
• Strong troubleshooting and communication skills
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
