Job Responsibilities:
- Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, operating systems, and applications.
- Troubleshoot system and network issues, diagnosing and resolving hardware/software faults.
- Provide technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, and other IT equipment.
- Manage software installation, updates, and licensing compliance.
- Monitor and maintain computer systems and networks to ensure smooth operations.
- Assist with setting up new user accounts, email configurations, and access permissions.
- Perform routine system maintenance, data backups, and security checks.
- Coordinate with vendors for IT equipment procurement, repairs, or replacements.
- Maintain IT documentation, inventory, and asset management records.
- Provide both on-site and remote IT support to staff as required.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Graduate/Diploma in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of computer hardware, networking, and operating systems (Windows/Linux).
- Basic knowledge of software applications (MS Office, Antivirus, etc.).
- Familiarity with LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, routers, switches, and firewalls.
- Excellent troubleshooting, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
