Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for 20 Information Technology Recruiters. The recruiter will manage the full life cycle of recruitment processes, including sourcing, interviewing, skill assessment, and onboarding for IT and technical positions. Responsibilities include collaborating with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, tracking recruitment metrics, building candidate pipelines, and contributing to a positive hiring experience for all stakeholders. This role plays a critical function in identifying and engaging top talent in the IT sector.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Full-Life Cycle Recruiting, including sourcing, screening, and onboarding
• Expertise in IT Recruitment and Technical Recruiting for roles involving technologies such as Java, .NET, Project Management, Analytics, AI, Cyber or similar technical domains
• Strong skills in Hiring and developing engagement strategies for top-tier IT talent
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software
• Ability to work collaboratively across teams and adapt in a remote work environment
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent professional experience
