Job Title: Information Technology (IT) Recruiter (US Markets)
Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven IT Recruiter to join our talent acquisition team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of various IT roles and technologies, combined with proven experience in sourcing, screening, and placing top tech talent.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements and team needs.
- Source candidates using job portals, databases, social media, and networking.
- Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and assess technical competencies.
- Manage the full recruitment life cycle – from sourcing to offer negotiation.
- Maintain candidate pipelines for current and future openings.
- Coordinate interviews, collect feedback, and ensure timely communication with stakeholders.
- Track recruiting metrics and generate weekly/monthly reports.
- Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Computer Science, or related field.
- 2–4 years of proven experience in IT recruitment (in-house or agency).
- Strong knowledge of IT roles (e.g., developers, cloud engineers, data analysts, etc.) and tech stacks.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Hands-on experience with ATS tools and sourcing platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Naukri, Monster, etc.).
- Ability to manage multiple requirements and work in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working in a staffing agency or RPO setup.
- Exposure to international hiring (US markets).
- Certifications in HR or Recruitment Tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter Certification).
