Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Information Technology Recruiter. The Information Technology Recruiter will be responsible for managing the full-life cycle recruiting process. Day-to-day tasks include sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates for IT roles, collaborating with hiring managers to understand job requirements, and providing a positive candidate experience. Additionally, the recruiter will handle technical recruiting tasks and assist in developing recruitment strategies.

Qualifications

• Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Hiring skills
• IT Recruitment and Technical Recruiting experience
• Proficient with recruiting tools and applicant tracking systems
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, or a related field
• Experience recruiting in the IT industry is preferred
