Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Information Technology Recruiter, located in Haryana, India. The recruiter will oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, focusing on sourcing, screening, and onboarding top talent in the IT domain. Responsibilities include developing and managing full-life cycle recruiting strategies, cultivating talent pipelines for technical roles, collaborating with hiring managers to identify needs, and ensuring a seamless candidate experience throughout the process. The individual will also stay updated on industry trends and provide insights for optimizing the talent acquisition process.

Qualifications
  • Proficiency in Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Recruiting methodologies
  • Specialized experience in IT Recruitment, Technical Recruiting, and Hiring
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build relationships with candidates and stakeholders
  • Ability to manage multiple open requisitions and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools
  • Work experience in IT hiring, especially for startups or technology-focused organizations, is a plus
  • Proven understanding of technical roles and IT job descriptions
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
