Your impact

The Business Analyst will support the Technology Submission Request (TSR) process, ensuring business-led projects and IT alignment. This role is critical for enabling transparency, accelerating delivery, and maintaining governance across technology initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Process Management
• Guide Product Owners through submission requests and validate completeness.
• Ensure requests meet strategic priorities before IT assessment and Operations Board review.
• Requirements Gathering & Analysis
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define objectives, scope, dependencies, and compliance needs.
• Document functional and technical boundaries for IT assessments.
• IT Assessment Support
• Assist with technology roadmap alignment, cybersecurity and AI reviews, SOX compliance, and procurement considerations.
• Operations Board Coordination
• Prepare agendas and IT capacity snapshots for monthly reviews.
• Track decisions and communicate outcomes to stakeholders.
• Transparency & Reporting
• Maintain visibility of request status via dashboards.
• Provide updates on backlog refinement and sprint planning.
  

Here's what you'll need

• Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in business analysis or IT governance.
• Strong understanding of agile delivery and business-led IT frameworks.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Analytical thinking, problem-solving, and stakeholder engagement.
• Action-oriented mindset for driving organizational change.
