POSITION: IT Manager
LOCATION: Riyad, Saudi Arabia
SALARY: 4500 SAR - 5500 SAR takehome + Accommodation and other benefits
OVERVIEW:
The IT Manager is responsible for overseeing the organization's technology infrastructure, ensuring that IT systems are secure, efficient, and aligned with business objectives. This role involves managing IT operations, cybersecurity, system integrations, and IT support while ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Lead the planning and execution of IT strategies that enhance operational efficiency and business continuity.
- Supervise the deployment, configuration, and maintenance of IT infrastructure, including cloud services, networks, and on-premises systems.
- Ensure the protection of company data and IT systems by implementing robust security protocols and proactive cybersecurity measures.
- Oversee IT service management, ensuring that all technical issues are addressed efficiently to minimize downtime and enhance user experience.
- Monitor and manage enterprise applications such as ERP, CRM, and HRMS to optimize business processes and integration.
- Develop and enforce IT policies, security frameworks, and access controls to safeguard sensitive information.
- Design and implement disaster recovery and business continuity plans to mitigate risks associated with cyber threats and system failures.
- Lead and mentor the IT team, fostering a culture of continuous learning, efficiency, and innovation.
- Ensure IT compliance with relevant industry standards and regulatory frameworks.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to recommend and implement technological advancements that drive business growth.
- Handle additional responsibilities as assigned by management.
MANAGERIAL DUTIES:
- Define objectives for the IT team, aligning them with the organization's strategic goals.
- Conduct regular team meetings to assess progress, provide guidance, and resolve challenges.
- Evaluate team members performance, provide feedback, and support professional development.
- Manage administrative tasks, including approvals for leave, expense reimbursements, and onboarding new IT employees.
PRE-REQUISITES:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field.
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in IT, with at least 2 years in a similar managerial role.
- The candidate must possess Indian nationality and be willing to relocate to Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
- Certifications (Preferred): ITIL, CISM, Microsoft Certifications.
- The candidate must be fluent in English.
