Job Description - Senior Manager/Lead - Influencer Marketing

Role Overview

We are looking for an Influencer Marketing Manager to own the Tamil Nadu influencer ecosystem end-to-end, from identifying and onboarding creators to negotiating partnerships, executing campaigns, and driving measurable ROI.

This is a high-ownership, high-impact role where you will serve as the single point of contact for all influencer-led initiatives in the Tamil market, ensuring seamless execution across discovery, contracting, campaign management, performance tracking, and optimization.

Key Responsibilities

• Build & scale the Chennai & Tamil Nadu influencer ecosystem
• Identify, onboard & manage Tamil influencers (micro, macro, meme pages, regional creators)
• Develop strong relationships with influencer agencies in TN
• Conceptualize & execute region-specific influencer campaigns
• Ensure culturally relevant, trend-driven Tamil content
• Lead negotiations, commercials & influencer budgeting
• Track campaign performance & ROI
• Create Excel-based dashboards, reports & performance analysis
• Deliver actionable insights based on campaign data

Must-Have Requirements:

• 710 years of influencer marketing experience (regional experience mandatory)
• Comfortable with frequent travel to Chennai
• Fluency in Tamil (spoken & written) Mandatory
• Strong exposure to Tamil Nadu / Chennai creator ecosystem
• Existing working relationships with Tamil influencers & agencies
• Deep understanding of TN meme culture & Chennai pop trends
• Data-driven mindset with strong Excel skills
