As we scale our operations, we are looking for an Influencer Marketing Manager, preferably based out of Mumbai, to lead our influencer and content creator work.

The Role

As the Influencer Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for the end-to-end execution of influencer campaigns. You will identify, shortlist, and reach out to creators while coordinating content creation for the client.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategy & Execution: Assist the founder in developing and implementing influencer marketing creator lists and strategies tailored to the client's brief.
  • Creator Relationship Management: Build and maintain a network of creators across various niches, with a specific focus on high-quality storytelling content.
  • Campaign Management: Oversee the full lifecycle of campaigns from initial outreach, content approvals and performance reporting.
  • Market Analysis: Hands-on understanding of social media trends, platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, Snapchat), and the evolving creator content ecosystem.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the education client to ensure influencer deliverables.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Experience: Previous experience in influencer marketing and creator/talent management is a must.
  • Location: Mumbai-based candidates are strongly preferred to occasionally work out of the Bandra West office, facilitate local creator content coordination at the site location, and client office visits.
  • Sector Expertise: Experience working within the Education/EdTech creators across Mega, Macro, Micro and Nano categories is a significant advantage.
  • Communication: Proactive, good communication skills and the ability to articulate brand brief to creators effectively.
  • Data-Driven: Proficiency in tracking campaign metrics and translating data into actionable insights through Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
