Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Influencer Marketing Manager role based in Sultanpur. The Influencer Marketing Manager will plan, execute, and optimize influencer and creator campaigns across social platforms, from brief to final reporting. Responsibilities include identifying and onboarding relevant influencers and celebrities, negotiating deliverables and budgets, and coordinating content creation, approvals, and posting schedules. The role involves working closely with brand stakeholders to understand campaign objectives, developing creative concepts, and ensuring timely, high-quality execution. The Influencer Marketing Manager will track performance metrics, compile reports, manage campaign documentation, and continuously refine strategies based on insights and trends.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in influencer marketing, creator management, or social media-led brand campaigns.
  • Strong skills in campaign planning, execution, and performance tracking for influencer and celebrity partnerships.
  • Ability to build and manage relationships with influencers, agencies, talent managers, and brand teams.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms, content formats, and current digital and creator economy trends.
  • Comfort with data, including tracking KPIs, interpreting performance dashboards, and presenting insights.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Experience in agency environments or working with consumer brands is an advantage.
  • Openness to a fast-paced, on-site work environment in Saket with occasional extended hours during peak campaigns.
