The Mission (Responsibilities)- Revenue Leadership: Develop and execute aggressive revenue growth plans, owning the P&L for our content and influencer marketing domain.
- Strategic Partnerships: Identify, pitch, and lock in relationships with prominent brands and agencies.
- Campaign Architecture: Collaborate with internal creative and delivery teams to build bespoke, high-ROI strategies for our clients.
- Market Intelligence: Act as a subject matter expert on the influencer ecosystem, identifying emerging trends and business opportunities before they go mainstream.
- Account Management: Maintain high-touch relationships with key stakeholders through consistent, proactive communication.
What You Bring (Requirements)- Proven Track Record: You currently manage at least 5 active influencer campaigns and have a portfolio of happy clients to prove it.
- The Nano and Micro Regional Influencer Network: A deep, pre-existing network of brands and agencies within the influencer marketing space.
- Communication Mastery: Impeccable verbal and written skills; you can sell a vision as easily as you can write a report.
- Financial Acumen: You know how to maximize impact while staying budget-smart to ensure high-margin results.
