The Role
Creator management and campaign execution, both. You'll onboard creators, run live campaigns, and own client relationships. Depending on your experience, you may also own campaign P&L and revenue targets.

What You'll Own
- Identify, vet, and onboard creators across beauty, parenting, fashion, wellness, and lifestyle
- Be the primary contact for your creator roster: brief them, guide them, keep them accountable
- Take brand briefs and turn them into influencer strategies: right creators, right platforms, right format
- Manage live campaigns end-to-end: content approvals, timelines, deliverables, client coordination
- Negotiate creator rates on behalf of clients
- Deliver clear, data-backed campaign reports
- For senior candidates: own P&L for a client portfolio, manage margins, track revenue targets
What You Bring
- 1-4 years in influencer marketing at an agency
- You've done outreach, managed creators, and tracked deliverables independently
- You can talk to a creator and a brand client in the same hour without losing track of either
- You know Instagram and YouTube as a professional, not just a user
- Detail-oriented enough to run multiple live campaigns without things slipping
- For senior candidates: some exposure to campaign budgets or client commercials is a plus
Compensation
Fixed + performance incentive. Open to discussion based on experience and current CTC.
