Position Overview
You'll build the company's influencer marketing strategy from 01 and scale it to 110, owning the entire global influencer ecosystem. You'll transform creators into a repeatable acquisition channel while supporting broader growth initiatives across search and AI-era discovery. This role offers complete ownership of influencer relationships across all major platforms, with direct impact on user acquisition and brand growth.
Role & Responsibilities
Design and execute global influencer strategy across Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube
Identify, onboard, and manage influencer relationships across all tiers and build long-term partnerships
Own end-to-end influencer campaign management including outreach, negotiation, contracting, and delivery
Develop compelling influencer briefs that translate the company's value into native, high-converting content
Build comprehensive tracking systems for CAC, retention, assisted conversions, and brand lift metrics
Partner with Growth and Product teams on paid search, SEO, and AI discovery optimization
Experiment with innovative partnership models including affiliates, revenue sharing, and co-created products
Must Have Criteria
3-6 years of hands-on influencer marketing experience for SaaS, B2B, or prosumer products
Proven track record running successful influencer campaigns targeting US audiences
Experience scaling influencer programs from concept to execution to measurable growth
Strong understanding of social media platforms and what content formats drive conversions
Demonstrated ability to negotiate contracts, manage budgets, and hold influencers accountable for deliverables
Excellent written and verbal communication skills for briefing influencers and internal stakeholders
Based in India with availability to work across time zones for US market coordination

Early-stage startup or fast-growing SaaS company experience
Background with paid acquisition channels like Google Ads or SEO analytics
Experience building affiliate or revenue-sharing influencer programs
Previous work with productivity tools, design software, or developer-focused products
Personal influencer or content creation experience
