Major Responsibilities & Deliverables:
Develop and execute influencer marketing strategies and creative campaigns
Minimum 8 years of experience in influencer marketing and preferably with digital marketing agencies
Lead the team and support their growth
Identify and build relationships with prominent influencers and thought leaders
Attend relevant events for networking and business purposes
Develop content ideas and assist in content creation
Research relevant industry experts, competitors, target audience, and users
Brainstorm new, creative approaches to influencer campaigns
Keep abreast of emerging trends, technologies,s and influencers
Liaising with the marketing team to create and coordinate marketing strategies that work across different channels
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Marketing and knowledge about influencer marketing
Understanding of outreach campaign strategies
Knowledge of the social media marketing industry
Impeccable verbal and written communication skills
Excellent people management skills
Well organized with great time management skills
Outstanding project management skills
