Job Summary: We are looking for a dynamic, detail-oriented Influencer Marketing Executive/Campaign Manager to manage end-to-end influencer campaigns, build strong creator partnerships, and drive measurable results for key client accounts. The ideal candidate must be hands-on with operations, creatively strong, data-driven, and capable of leading junior team members.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Campaign Execution & Operations
Manage end-to-end campaign delivery and day-to-day operations.
Identify, evaluate, and onboard influencers across categories (Specifically Tech) and platforms.
Build and nurture strong relationships with creators and agencies.
Collaborate with creators to refine concepts, scripts, and content direction.
Provide grassroot-level insights to the Brand Solutions team for pitching and planning new campaigns.
Maintain and contribute to a collaborative, high-performance work culture.
Ensure timely data, documentation, and record maintenance.
Develop expertise in specialized creator buckets (e.g., Tech creators) for improved precision and campaign efficiency.
2. Reporting & Analytics
Create and present detailed, data-rich reports for client reviews and long-term strategy building.
Track campaign performance, content quality, influencer metrics, and audience insights.
Maintain structured internal dashboards and reporting formats for seamless information flow.
Generate insights to optimize performance for future campaigns.
Qualifications:
34 years of dedicated experience in influencer marketing with proven results
Strong roster/network of influencers across diverse categories
Experience handling macro & celebrity influencers along with micro creators
Expertise in budget planning, campaign strategy, and ROI measurement
Experience managing team members / interns is a plus
Strategic mindset with ability to run large-scale influencer programs
