Key Responsibilities:
Plan, curate, and manage daily social media content across Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn and emerging platforms.
Develop monthly content calendars aligned with brand objectives, campaigns, and product launches.
Coordinate with design and content teams to create high-quality visuals and videos.
Track platform analytics to measure performance, identify trends, and optimize content strategy.
Engage with the communityrespond to comments, DMs, and user interactions.
Identify, evaluate, and onboard relevant influencers (macro, micro, nano) aligned with brand aesthetic.
Negotiate deliverables, timelines, and budgets.
Create briefs, campaign directions, and creative guidelines for influencer content.
Track influencer performance (reach, engagement, conversions) and maintain detailed reporting.
Build long-term relationships with creators and agencies.
Brainstorm and propose social-first campaign ideas.
Ensure consistent brand tone, storytelling style, and aesthetics across all touchpoints.
Explore new formats like Reels, trends, UGC, and collaborations to enhance engagement.
Support product launch campaigns with social media creatives, influencer plans, and promotional content.
Collaborate closely with marketing, e-commerce, and performance teams.
Ensure timely execution of all social and influencer deliverables.
Good to have:
23 years of hands-on experience in social media and influencer marketing (preferably in lifestyle, home decor, fashion, or D2C brands).
Strong understanding of Instagram Reels, short-form storytelling, and current trends.
Experience in influencer scouting, negotiation, and campaign management.
Basic knowledge of analytics tools (Meta Insights, Google Analytics, Creator tools, etc.).
Excellent communication skills and creative thinking.
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
Aesthetic sense and familiarity with premium/modern brand tonality.
