Role Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Influencer Marketing Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in managing influencer campaigns, from strategy and talent selection to execution and reporting. You'll be responsible for driving brand campaigns that engage audiences and deliver measurable results.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and manage influencer marketing campaigns across platforms (Instagram, YouTube, X, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Identify and onboard relevant influencers that align with brand goals and target audience
- Develop creative campaign briefs and communicate deliverables clearly to influencers
- Negotiate deliverables, timelines, and compensation with creators or talent managers
- Coordinate between clients, influencers, and internal teams for smooth execution
- Track campaign performance metrics (reach, engagement, conversions) and prepare post-campaign reports
- Stay updated with emerging influencer trends, new platforms, and creator communities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with influencers and content creators
Requirements
- Minimum 1.5 years of experience in influencer marketing (agency experience is a must)
- Strong understanding of influencer platforms, campaign analytics, and social media ecosystems
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and coordination skills
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
- A creative mindset with a passion for content, pop culture, and social trends
