About the Role:

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Influencer Marketing Executive to join our team in Noida. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of influencer outreach, campaign execution, and performance analysis. You will work closely with our marketing team to drive brand visibility and engagement through effective influencer partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and onboard relevant influencers across platforms (Instagram, YouTube, etc.)
• Plan and execute influencer marketing campaigns end-to-end
• Coordinate with internal teams to align campaign objectives
• Negotiate deliverables, timelines, and budgets with influencers
• Track campaign performance and prepare reports with insights and improvements
• Maintain strong relationships with content creators and influencer agencies

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in influencer marketing or related field
• Strong communication, negotiation, and project management skills
• Ability to analyze campaign performance and optimize results
• Familiarity with influencer marketing tools and platforms
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
