Role Description

The Senior Influencer Marketing Executive role is a full-time, on-site position based in New Delhi. This role is responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing influencer marketing campaigns across social media platforms, from initial concept and creator selection to reporting and performance analysis. The Senior Influencer Marketing Executive will identify and evaluate relevant influencers, negotiate collaborations, manage relationships, and ensure content aligns with brand guidelines and campaign objectives. The role includes coordinating with internal teams and clients, preparing campaign proposals, tracking budgets, and maintaining clear communication on timelines and deliverables. This position also involves staying current with industry trends, competitor activity, and platform updates to continuously improve campaign strategies and results.

Qualifications

  • Strong Influencer Marketing and Social Media Marketing skills, with hands-on experience managing end-to-end campaigns.
  • Excellent Communication skills, with the ability to present ideas, manage stakeholders, and maintain professional relationships.
  • Experience in Public Relations and Sales, including outreach, negotiation, and partnership building.
  • Proven ability to analyze campaign performance metrics, generate insights, and optimize strategies based on data.
  • Familiarity with influencer discovery tools, social media analytics platforms, and basic campaign budgeting.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Prior experience in a similar role within an agency or brand-side marketing team is strongly preferred.
  • Ability to work on-site in New Delhi, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
