This is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida for an Influencer Marketing Executive. The role includes identifying and building relationships with key influencers across social media platforms to enhance brand visibility and engagement. Responsibilities include creating and executing influencer marketing campaigns, managing collaborations, analyzing campaign performance metrics, and ensuring alignment with the organization's business goals. The individual will be the primary contact for influencers and will also ensure timely content delivery and campaign execution while adhering to brand guidelines.

• Familiarity with influencer outreach, influencer campaign management, and engagement strategies
• Strong digital marketing, social media management, and communication skills
• Ability to analyze performance metrics, monitor campaign effectiveness, and provide insights
• Experience with building brand presence and handling collaborations with content creators
• Attention to detail, organizational skills, and deadline management
• Proficiency in tools for CRM and social media analytics is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field is preferred
• Prior experience in influencer marketing or a similar role is an advantage
