Influencer Marketing Executive

We're Hiring: Influencer Marketing Executive (Full-Time, Remote)

We're looking for someone who genuinely loves influencer marketing—not someone who just sends outreach messages.

At Inggage, you'll work directly on campaigns for some of India's fastest-growing D2C and consumer brands. From discovering creators to negotiating deals and ensuring campaigns go live smoothly, you'll own campaigns end-to-end.

What You'll Be Doing

• Finding creators across Instagram and YouTube that actually fit campaign goals.
• Reaching out to creators and managing communication.
• Negotiating rates while maintaining strong creator relationships.
• Coordinating campaign timelines, briefs, and deliverables.
• Tracking content approvals and ensuring campaigns go live on time.
• Managing campaign reports and performance tracking.
• Building and maintaining a strong creator database.
• Working closely with brands and internal team members to solve problems quickly.

What We're Looking For

• 1–3 years of experience in influencer marketing, talent management, creator partnerships, or a similar role.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
• Comfortable managing multiple campaigns simultaneously.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment.
• Familiarity with Google Sheets, Notion, and influencer marketing tools is a plus.

• Have existing relationships with creators or talent managers.
• Understand influencer pricing and campaign metrics.
• Enjoy negotiating and closing deals.
• Stay updated with creator trends and social media culture.
