Role Overview

We're looking for an Influencer Marketing Executive to own creator outreach, relationship management, and campaign execution for MANNLICH. You'll be the person turning creators into genuine brand advocates — finding the right voices, negotiating deals, and making sure every collab actually moves the needle.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and shortlist influencers/creators across Instagram, YouTube, and emerging platforms aligned with MANNLICH's target audience
• Manage end-to-end outreach — from first DM to signed agreement
• Negotiate rates, deliverables, and timelines within budget
• Track campaign performance (reach, engagement, conversions) and report on ROI
• Coordinate content briefs, product shipments, and posting schedules with creators
• Maintain and grow a database of vetted influencer relationships
• Stay on top of platform trends and competitor creator activity

Requirements

Must-Have

• 0–2 years experience in influencer marketing, social media, or brand partnerships
• Strong written communication — you'll be negotiating and building relationships over DM/email
• Comfortable with basic outreach and campaign tracking tools (spreadsheets, CRM, or similar)
• Genuine interest in social media/creator culture

Nice to Have

• Prior experience with a D2C or consumer brand
• Existing relationships with creators in the grooming/lifestyle space
• Basic understanding of content/video formats for short-form platforms
