Influencer Marketing Associate

We build shapewear brands that grow on the back of creators. Your job is to find the right ones, close them, keep them, and turn their content into ads that actually sell.

This is a deal closing role, not a spreadsheet role. If you're energised by getting a yes out of a creator who ignored your first three messages, read on.

Reach out, everywhere. DMs, cold calls, PR and talent agencies. You'll build a pipeline of creators across sizes and niches and keep it moving.

Close deals under pressure. Negotiate rates, deliverables and timelines and hold the line on budget. You'll be juggling multiple deals at once with real money on the table.

Build relationships, not transactions. We want creators who come back and grow with the brand, not one-off posts. You're the person they trust and want to keep working with.

Think like a performance marketer. Understand what makes content convert — hooks, scripts, CTR, what goes viral and why. Brief creators properly and work with our performance team to spin up new ad angles from what's working.

• 1–3 years in influencer marketing, talent, PR, or sales
• Genuinely comfortable on calls and negotiations, you don't flinch at pushback
• Persuasive in writing and on the phone, in English, Hindi and any regional language
• Organised enough to run 20+ conversations without dropping any
• You watch Reels and instantly clock why one blew up and one didn't
• Bonus: you've briefed creators or worked alongside a paid-ads team before
