Role Overview

As an Influencer Marketing Associate, you will be at the heart of campaign execution, managing influencer relationships, crafting campaign strategies, and ensuring seamless delivery. This is an on-site role where collaboration, communication, and creativity are key.

Key Responsibilities

• Conceptualize and execute successful influencer marketing campaigns
• Identify, onboard, and build relationships with relevant influencers and thought leaders
• Analyze campaign performance using analytics tools and optimize strategies
• Stay updated on trends, audience behavior, and competitive activity
• Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams (creative, production, strategy)
• Represent the brand at industry events, conferences, and meetups

Skills & Experience

• 2–3 years of experience in influencer marketing (preferred)
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and influencer landscape
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze campaign metrics
• Proven track record in executing outreach campaigns
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
