Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Campaign Execution: Support the planning and execution of multi-channel (including CRM,

Tik Tok, Instagram) marketing campaigns to enhance brand visibility, drive brand love and

customer acquisition.

  • Influencer Partnerships: Identify, recruit, and onboard influencers passionate about hormone tracking, fertility, and wellness, to grow our network across key social media platforms.
  • Campaign Ideation: Develop creative and exciting briefs for upcoming campaigns that align with brand goals and resonate with target audiences.
  • Performance Tracking: Help analyze marketing and influencer campaign data, providing

insights and actionable recommendations to improve campaign performance, engagement,

and conversion rates.

  • Industry Trends: Stay informed about the latest industry trends, emerging platforms, and best practices to ensure we are leveraging the most effective strategies.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with teams across design, social, brand, medical, and content departments to ensure unified messaging and brand consistency across all channels.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing, including social media, email marketing, and paid advertising.
  • Excellent communication, writing, and storytelling skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Creative thinker with a passion for developing innovative marketing strategies and campaigns.
