Key Responsibilities:
- Campaign Execution: Support the planning and execution of multi-channel (including CRM,
Tik Tok, Instagram) marketing campaigns to enhance brand visibility, drive brand love and
customer acquisition.
- Influencer Partnerships: Identify, recruit, and onboard influencers passionate about hormone tracking, fertility, and wellness, to grow our network across key social media platforms.
- Campaign Ideation: Develop creative and exciting briefs for upcoming campaigns that align with brand goals and resonate with target audiences.
- Performance Tracking: Help analyze marketing and influencer campaign data, providing
insights and actionable recommendations to improve campaign performance, engagement,
and conversion rates.
- Industry Trends: Stay informed about the latest industry trends, emerging platforms, and best practices to ensure we are leveraging the most effective strategies.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with teams across design, social, brand, medical, and content departments to ensure unified messaging and brand consistency across all channels.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, including social media, email marketing, and paid advertising.
- Excellent communication, writing, and storytelling skills.
