Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and onboard relevant influencers based on campaign goals
• Communicate briefs, timelines, and expectations clearly to creators
• Coordinate campaigns end-to-end from outreach to delivery
• Negotiate deliverables, timelines, and payments within budget
• Track and document campaign performance
• Collaborate with social media, design, and strategy teams to align campaign messaging

What We're Looking For:

• 1+ years of experience in influencer marketing, preferably in an agency
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Basic understanding of influencer categories and digital content trends
• Comfortable working on multiple projects with tight deadlines
