About the Role:
We're looking for a sharp and enthusiastic Influencer Marketing Associate to join our team at Story Digital. If you're passionate about creators, pop culture, and brand storytelling – this is the place to be.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and onboard relevant influencers based on campaign goals
- Communicate briefs, timelines, and expectations clearly to creators
- Coordinate campaigns end-to-end from outreach to delivery
- Negotiate deliverables, timelines, and payments within budget
- Track and document campaign performance
- Collaborate with social media, design, and strategy teams to align campaign messaging
What We're Looking For:
- 1+ years of experience in influencer marketing, preferably in an agency
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Basic understanding of influencer categories and digital content trends
- Comfortable working on multiple projects with tight deadlines
