We are hiring a full-time Inbound Sales Expert for our New Delhi office. In this on-site role, the Inbound Sales Expert will be responsible for responding to inquiries, identifying customer needs, delivering tailored solutions, and converting inbound leads into satisfied customers. The role involves demonstrating excellent customer service, guiding prospective clients on available courses, and ensuring a seamless customer experience throughout the sales process. This position requires effective communication and a results-driven attitude to achieve sales targets and build strong client relationships.

• Strong skills in Customer Service and delivering exceptional Customer Experience
• Demonstrated experience in Sales and understanding of Retail Sales
• Effective Communication abilities to engage with clients and address their needs
• Proactive and goal-oriented mindset with the ability to meet and exceed sales targets
• Basic knowledge of digital marketing concepts is an advantage
• Relevant educational background or equivalent practical experience in a related field
