Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Recruiter to manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and onboarding top talent aligned with our business goals while ensuring a positive candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the full recruitment cycle from job posting to onboarding.
  • Source candidates using various platforms including job portals, social media, and employee referrals.
  • Screen resumes and conduct preliminary interviews to assess candidate fit.
  • Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and collect feedback.
  • Maintain candidate pipelines for key roles.
  • Ensure timely closure of positions in line with hiring timelines.
  • Maintain accurate records in the ATS or recruitment tracking system.
  • Build relationships with internal stakeholders and external recruitment partners.
  • Ensure compliance with hiring policies and practices.
  • Identifying future hiring needs and developing job descriptions and specifications.
  • Collaborating with department managers to compile a consistent list of requirements.
  • Attracting suitable candidates through databases, online employment forums, social media, etc.
  • Conducting interviews and sorting through applicants to fill open positions.
  • Assessing applicants knowledge, skills, and experience to best suit open positions.
  • Completing paperwork for new hires.
  • Promoting the company's reputation and attractiveness as a good employment opportunity.
  • Managing internship programs.
  • Keeping up-to-date on current employment legislation and regulations and enforcing them within the company.
  • Providing recruitment reports to team managers.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of recruitment experience (IT/non-IT/BPO, based on requirement).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience with ATS tools and sourcing techniques.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Preferred Skills

  • Familiarity with job portals (e.g., Naukri, Monster, LinkedIn).
  • Prior experience in volume or lateral hiring is a plus.
  • Knowledge of employment laws and best practices.
