Role: Senior Associate/ Associate Manager – Lead Generation

Location: Hyderabad (In office culture)

Working Hours: 12:00 PM to 10:00 PM

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure 100% leads-closure daily across channels.
  • Conduct prospect and company research to identify/process high-potential leads, target companies, and key decision-makers.
  • Support and execute lead generation campaigns across email, digital, outbound, and other marketing channels.
  • Manage, track, and report on MQLs and SQLs, ensuring proper lead routing, follow-up, and funnel visibility.
  • Partner with marketing and business development teams to improve lead qualification criteria, conversion rates, and campaign effectiveness.
  • Monitor campaign performance and provide regular insights on lead volume, quality, conversion, and pipeline contribution.
  • Assist in audience segmentation, list building, and contact enrichment to support targeted outreach efforts.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure alignment between campaign goals, messaging, and business development priorities.
  • Analyze lead generation data and recommend improvements to optimize channel performance and ROI.
  • Maintain data hygiene, reporting accuracy, and compliance with internal processes and applicable regulations.

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in B2B lead generation, demand generation, marketing operations, business development support, or campaign management.
  • Experience in email marketing, nurturing campaigns, account-based marketing (ABM), and pipeline reporting.
  • Experience with prospect research, market research, account targeting, and contact discovery.
  • Knowledge of campaign KPIs such as CTR, conversion rate, cost per lead, MQL-to-SQL conversion, and pipeline influence.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce isa must
  • Familiarity with tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce marketing cloud, Marketo, Pardot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, or similar platforms is a plus
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign and funnel performance metrics.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
