Responsibilities:

• Compliance Tool Implementation:
• Good understanding of global compliance program rollouts, compliance reviews, and audits.
• Business development experience with a good network of industry CXOs (like legal, compliance, and HR heads).
• Excellent client management skills and the ability to manage larger projects independently.
• Team management (including geographically spread teams).
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to build healthy and productive relationships with clients and teams.

Mandatory Skill Sets:

• Experience in the implementation of compliance tools.
• Creation of compliance checklists.
• Conducting compliance audits.
• Conducting legal research on various topics.
• Strong analytical skills, research abilities, and a deep understanding of compliance principles.

Preferred Skill Sets:

• Thorough understanding of Legal & Statutory Compliances with respect to laws such as Labour Laws, Environmental Health & Safety Laws, Taxation Laws, Local & Municipal Laws, Corporate Laws, etc.

Years of Experience Required:

• Minimum 7 years

Education Qualification:

• Bachelor's degree in Law and/or Company Secretaryship.
