- Maintain end-user technologies/apps that support client deliverable production.
- Become expert with the taxonomy structure and maintain data integrity.
- Validate data and support internal clients regarding new data additions.
- Learn about products, processes, and product delivery lifecycle.
- Propose, manage, and pilot process improvement projects in coordination with Ops and IT.
- Troubleshoot problems/issues and provide support to the team.
- Provide level 1 support to clients in their use of apps and data service products.
Required Experience:
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or Engineering.
- 2+ years of experience in a data management/governance or equivalent role.
- Hands-on experience in modelling, automating, and implementing reporting needs.
- Advanced troubleshooting skills and root cause analysis understanding.
- Financial services industry exposure is an advantage.
- Ability to multi-task and work under tight deadlines.
Required Technical Skills:
- Solid understanding of Python and/or Excel VBA macro programming.
- Strong proficiency in SQL to edit and run queries.
- Familiarity with Data Governance principles.
- Experience with QlikView/NPrinting or similar apps is an advantage.
